40’ x 80’ (3,200 SF) Industrial Shop. Zoned I-1 (Light Industrial). Building includes the following; concrete drive, crushed concrete parking area, fenced storage space, 14’ overhead door with an option for a 16’ door, bathroom, large floor drain, REZNOR radiant tube heater, 8’ x 8’ overhead door to the fenced storage area. Midcontinent Internet, Xcel Electric, MidAmerican Gas, & Sioux Falls Water/Sewer provided to the lot. Association provides road maintenance, lawn care, and snow removal ($100/mo.).
